Welcome back internet gals. For kids born in the 90s, when Harry Potter came out it felt life changing. You were taken into this magical world of witches, wizards, and wonder. There was something so enticing about the wizarding world; the small towns of flying cars, magical taverns, broomstick shops, pubs with flowing butterbeer, and Hogwarts wizarding school. It was so immersive to imagine this world, which house you'd belong to, living in an enchanted castle, taking classes about transfiguring into animals, and studying herbology in a giant armchair by the fire in your dormitory.
My friends all say I'd be in Slytherin, and I think they're right. It's a question every Harry Potter fan has asked themselves, and the imagination can run wild thinking about if your life was that of a wizard or witch in this world. The movies give such a feeling of comfort, like being snuggled up in a blanket. Watching these films in the Winter is one of my favorite things to do. There's something magical about them that just never wears off.
